Refuge des Estagnous

The base camp for Mont Valier, the refuge is situated at the heart of one of the oldest nature reserves in France. The refuge is well integrated in its environnement. We offer pyrenean cooking with local products.

Gite d'étape Esbintz farm

We are delighted to welcome you to our traditional stone Gite at the heart of our organic farm. On the menu are dishes crafted from ingredients grown or raised on the farm (meat, vegetables, fruit, eggs, sorbets…)

Gite d'étape la Colline Verte

La Colline Verte is a traditional 19th century Auberge and bakery converted into a Gite d’étape with 25 beds spread between 6 rooms and a small dormitory. Meals are made using vegetables from our garden and local organic ingredients wherever possible.

Gite d'étape Rouze farm

With its traditional stonework and slate roof, and set amongst the ferme de Rouze, the Gite feels very much a mountain refuge. 

Food is plentiful and prepared carefully from fresh products grown or raised on the farm, from meat and charcuterie to vegetables, fruit, eggs and cheeses.
